Carrie’s diligence and client-centered approach make her a trusted legal adviser. Carrie helps clients achieve their real estate development and investment goals, particularly in the areas of low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), economic development, and real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Carrie served as a signal officer in the U.S. Army, supporting coalition and joint special operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Carrie currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserves as an interagency liaison for Joint Task Force-National Capital Region.
