The 2023 Legal 500 Recognizes Michael Zogby as a Leading Lawyer

The 2023 edition of The Legal 500  has named Michael Zogby to its list of U.S. leading lawyers for his work in product liability, mass tort, and class action defense for pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The Legal 500 honorees are selected through an in-depth process of interviews conducted by the publication, endorsements from clients, and peer evaluations. 

Zogby, partner-in-charge of the firm’s New Jersey and Philadelphia offices, is a trial attorney focused on global product liability, mass torts, and aggregated proceedings for clients in the life sciences and other highly regulated industries. He advises clients in commercial and consumer disputes, class actions, intellectual property, antitrust, and trade secret challenges. Zogby also counsels clients in the United States, Asia, and Europe on data privacy, governance and security, and crisis management, and he coordinates cross-border trial issues and discovery involving multidistrict proceedings. Zogby is a leader in the firm’s trials and global disputes practice and co-chairs the BT Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) talent resource group.
