INDIANAPOLIS – Barnes & Thornburg LLP is among the top 15 large Indianapolis companies honored as part of the annual Top Workplaces survey conducted jointly by The Indianapolis Star and Energage, a national survey-research company.
The Indianapolis office was named a top place to work as the result of a survey of its employees. The exact ranking will be revealed in August during an awards ceremony.
The firm, which has appeared multiple years in the annual list, also garnered a special “Doers” award for doing “things efficiently and well.” That special recognition was based on survey scores.
“At the heart of serving our clients is maintaining a workplace culture where all our employees are valued for their contribution,” said Brian Burdick, Indianapolis office managing partner. “This honor is a recognition of the effort, action and teamwork each of our employees make that contribute to Barnes & Thornburg being a great place to work.”
According to IndyStar, more than 15,000 Central Indiana employees participate in the survey each year, answering questions related to various aspects of the workplace including management, benefits and appreciation, ethics, training and work-life balance. The Top Workplaces are determined based on employee feedback. Ninety Indianapolis-area companies were named a 2020 Top Workplace in three categories – large, midsize and small.
