Barnes & Thornburg Named No. 1 Top Workplace in Indiana for Fourth Time

INDIANAPOLIS - Barnes & Thornburg LLP’s Indianapolis office has been ranked as a top workplace in Indiana for the sixth consecutive year in an annual employee survey conducted by The Indianapolis Star and Workplace Dynamics.

“The firm has ranked No. 1 in the large company category for four of the last six years,” said Bob Grand, Indianapolis office managing partner. “While we are grateful for the recognition, we mostly appreciate the constructive feedback we get from employees through the survey. This is a great way to see where we are excelling and where we could be doing more.”

Barnes & Thornburg leadership also received recognition in the “Doers” category for doing things efficiently and well.

The survey is a joint effort between The Indianapolis Star and Workplace Dynamics, a Pennsylvania-based survey research company. More than 25,000 employees from more than 100 Central Indiana companies participated in the survey, answering questions related to various aspects of the workplace ranging from management, benefits and appreciation, ethics, training and work-life balance. There was no charge to the company or employees to take part in the survey.

With more than 600 attorneys and other legal professionals, Barnes & Thornburg LLP is one of the 100 largest law firms in the country. The firm serves clients worldwide from its offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Delaware, Indiana, Los Angeles, Michigan, Minneapolis, Ohio, and Washington, D.C.
