Association of Corporate Counsel - Central Ohio Chapter

Kevin McDermott of the Columbus office and Kathleen Anderson of the Fort Wayne office joined a federal Magistrate Judge and panelists from American Electric Power, Honda, and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service in presenting a CLE program entitled "The Real Value Challenge: Realizing the Promise of ADR" to members of the Central Ohio chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Kevin presented "Supreme Court Developments on Arbitration and Class Arbitration: New Opportunities for Companies" and Kathleen participated in a panel discussion on using ADR effectively to reduce legal costs.
