Attorney Presentation - Cleveland Coatings Society Annual "Sink or Swim" Technical Conference

On June 7, Charlie Denton of the Grand Rapids office presented to the Cleveland Coatings Society Annual "Sink or Swim" technical conference regarding Clean Air Act enforcement and compliance for paint manufacturers and their customers, jointly with a consultant from Environmental Partners, Inc. The presentations to the plenary session in the morning and an afternoon short course included Clean Air Act regulatory updates for air pollution controls relevant to coating operations, as well as U.S. EPA "next generation" enforcement and other recent OSHA developments. Attendees included Dow Chemical, Sherwin Williams, Lubrizol, Elementis, Air Products, Reichhold, Evonik Industries and Univar.
