An effective and efficient litigator, Sarah has deep experience managing complex cases in state and federal courts and has served as defense liaison counsel in various California coordinated proceedings.
Sarah guides defense and oversees case management issues, develops strategy for depositions of plaintiffs and other fact witnesses, negotiates for early dismissals of actions and handles dispositive law and motion practice resulting in obtaining summary judgment.
A strategic thinker, Sarah has also handled trial preparation in California state court in product liability cases, including preparing motions in limine and various trial briefs.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah was counsel at an AmLaw 100 firm.
