With over 15 years of experience in private practice and as a conflicts attorney, Kelley counsels firm attorneys on the legal ethics and professional responsibility matters that occur in the practice of law. She also advises on conflicts related to new and existing engagements, reviews and negotiates outside counsel guidelines, and provides guidance on ethical challenges and intake policies.
Kelley was a litigator handling a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters and is thus skilled at helping equip the firm’s attorneys with practical solutions to their risk prevention matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Kelley was a senior conflicts attorney at an AmLaw 50 firm, where she worked closely with leadership to provide conflict of interest insight and guidance involving new matters and new hires.
