Blaique strives to secure the best outcomes for her clients. She drafts briefs, motions, memoranda, and discovery; assists in preparation for depositions and trial at the state and federal levels; and conducts complex legal research.
Prior to joining the firm full-time, Blaique was a law clerk at Barnes & Thornburg. She worked closely with the litigation and government services teams on legal research projects and document review. Blaique drafted various pleadings and memoranda for clients and courts throughout the state of Ohio and on the federal level.
Blaique’s legal acumen is further enriched by her time in the University of Dayton Civil Law Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience in civil law matters. Notably, she was part of a successful team that won an adoption appeal before the Ohio Second District Court of Appeals, demonstrating her capability in appellate litigation and oral advocacy.
Drawing on her experience as a legal assistant for almost a decade, Blaique offers a well-versed background in litigation proceedings across a multitude of areas. She has worked for law firms ranging from solo practitioners to large national firms, which gives her deeper insight into the litigation process to better serve her clients’ needs.
Blaique is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Ohio.
