She handles complex insolvency and business disputes, often involving stay litigation, fraudulent transfer litigation, and preference litigation.
Talia has litigated before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, numerous U.S. district courts, bankruptcy courts, and state courts in Georgia and across the country.
Prior to joining the firm, Talia was an associate in the bankruptcy and restructuring group of an Atlanta-based law firm.
