Daniel mainly represents syndicators, developers, lenders, and investors in tax-incentivized transactions involving federal and state tax credit private equity investments.
His practice focuses on transactions involving low-income housing developments and historic rehabilitation and renewable energy projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was an attorney for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). While earning his law degree, he clerked for Comcast NBCUniversal and interned for the Hon. Judge Reggie B. Walton in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.
