With nearly 40 years of experience, David provides sophisticated counsel in estate planning and business succession planning, customized to the specific and unique goals of each client, their family and business. David values getting to know his clients from day one and works jointly with clients and their advisers to develop client-centered plans and guidance for wealth transfer, charitable gifts, estate tax reduction, planning, and creditor protection to protect wealth for transferring to future generations.
David also has many years of experience in forming business and investment vehicle entities, integrating the formed entities with his client’s current estate and business succession plans. He works with the client’s team of advisers to ensure the material assets are all properly titled and allocated to, and between, the multiple trusts and entities formed to create a customized, integrated and holistic estate and business succession plan.
