Christopher has handled and managed many aspects of the litigation process, including researching case law, conducting discovery, and preparing motions for the court. Christopher works to position his clients for the best possible outcome or prepare them for the next step.
Christopher guides clients through commercial litigation matters and drafts pleadings, memoranda and motions, and works to conduct discovery that will be beneficial to the case strategy.
While working in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, Christopher argued various bench and jury trials to verdict, prosecuted criminal appellate matters and wrote appellate briefs to the Illinois Court of Appeals, including direct appeals, post-conviction proceedings and petitions for certiorari.
Before joining the State’s Attorney’s Office, Christopher acquired valuable legal skills as a judicial extern for the Illinois Appellate Court. While in law school, he was a law clerk with an Illinois law firm, where he drafted motions in support of litigation matters, and researched and analyzed case and statutory law on a variety of issues concerning civil procedure, civil rights, medical malpractice, wrongful death and product liability.
