New York City is just one community we have been proud to support through volunteering and grant funds. See for yourself why the Barnes & Thornburg Racial and Social Justice Foundation selected the Parole Preparation Project in New York, New York, to support with a 2021 grant. The Barnes & Thornburg Racial and Social Justice Foundation is committed to promoting, advocating, and effecting racial and social justice in our local communities and nationally.

The mission of the Parole Preparation Project is to provide critical advocacy and direct support to currently and formerly incarcerated people serving life sentences, and seek to transform the parole release process in New York State.
