A paralegal in the Grand Rapids office, Sherry Anderson offers more than 14 years of targeted paralegal experience in the aviation industry to clients who own or operate aircraft. Anderson works to help protect clients’ interests in aircraft, engines and helicopters on matters involving the purchase, sale and lease of aircraft.
Victoria Chinsee, an associate in the San Diego office, focuses her practice on counseling private companies on a wide range of complex business and transactional matters spanning the corporate life cycle. She advises on pre-incorporation planning; contract drafting, review, and negotiation for day-to-day business operations; corporate governance, compliance, and legal due diligence; shareholder issues and stock restructuring; and business succession planning.
