In addition to her litigation practice, Paige values the opportunity to counsel clients to help them mitigate and overcome the challenging regulatory terrain for the health care industry sector. Paige advises on regulatory compliance regarding healthcare licensure, fraud and abuse, and other state and federal regulatory issues.
She is invested in thought leadership, and has presented at an Illinois Primary Health Care Association Annual Leadership Conference and has also authored numerous substantive healthcare industry-related articles and client alerts.
Before joining Barnes & Thornburg, Paige practiced at a Chicago AmLaw 200 firm in healthcare law and commercial litigation. She also practiced at a well-respected Kansas City firm, where she represented individuals in high-profile plaintiff-side personal injury claims. During law school, Paige served as a judicial intern and extern for the Honorable K. Gary Sebelius, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
