As part of the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s 2021 New Partner Report, Barnes & Thornburg has been recognized for “Tipping the Scales” toward gender parity. This recognition is given to law firms that have 50 percent or more women in their 2021 U.S.-based new partner class.
The report researched nearly 200 law firms and only 67 of those firms received the “Tipping the Scales” recognition. Barnes & Thornburg was recognized during the Diversity and Flexibility Alliance’s Annual Conference that took place virtually on Nov. 3, 2021.
