The Indiana Chamber of Commerce has named Barnes & Thornburg LLP as one of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana,” after an annual statewide survey. The awards program recognizes Hoosier employers that have leading workplace cultures.
The Indiana Chamber, in partnership with Best Companies Group, announced Feb. 22 the 125 companies to make the list. The final rankings will be revealed at an awards ceremony on May 6, 2021.
Companies from across the state entered a two-part survey process that consisted of an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographic, as well as an employee survey that measured employee experience. The combined scores determine the final ranking.
Barnes & Thornburg has nearly 620 employees throughout four Indiana offices in Elkhart, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and South Bend.
