DALLAS – Barnes & Thornburg is on the move in Dallas. The national, full-service law firm has relocated, effective Sept. 24, to the new PwC Tower at Park District, continuing the firm’s strategic growth plan in Dallas.
Earlier in the year, the firm announced it would be moving from its Uptown location to PwC Tower at Park District and had signed a 10-year lease for 28,000 square feet on the office tower’s seventh floor.
During 2018, Barnes & Thornburg has added commercial litigators Robert Castle and Jamie Welton and patent litigator Mark Nelson in Dallas, increasing the office ranks to 25 attorneys in just three years.
“This is an important milestone for the firm’s Dallas office,” said Mark Bayer, Dallas office managing partner. “Since Barnes & Thornburg opened an office here in 2015, we’ve experienced sustained growth and have attracted some of the best legal talent in the market. This relocation underscores our goals for continued expansion and we’re thrilled to offer a space large enough to accommodate the addition of new and prospective attorneys.”
The PwC Tower, adjacent to Klyde Warren Park, is a 20-story, 500,000-square-foot office tower that offers amenities such as an executive lounge, fitness facility, onsite restaurants and outdoor spaces. Park District, a mixed-use development of Dallas-based Trammel Crow Company and partner MetLife Investment Management, inhabits more than 900,000 square feet, inclusive of Class A office space, restaurants and luxury residences.
The new address is 2121 N. Pearl St., Suite 700, Dallas, TX 75201. Phone and fax numbers remain the same.
With more than 600 attorneys and other legal professionals, Barnes & Thornburg is one of the largest law firms in the country. The firm serves clients worldwide from 14 offices in Atlanta, California, Chicago, Delaware, Indiana, Michigan, Minneapolis, Ohio, Texas and Washington, D.C.
