LOS ANGELES – Bejan E. Atashkar, a litigation associate, recently joined Barnes & Thornburg’s Los Angeles office.
Atashkar focuses on defending product liability and commercial litigation matters for manufacturers, distributors and sellers of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. He has experience defending businesses in environmental and toxic tort matters.
In the community, Atashkar is a board member of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council’s Young Professionals program.
Atashkar earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2014. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2010.
