Recent Developments with the Clean Water Act

Alex Bandza, Jeff Longsworth and Jessica Reiss presented a Lorman webinar. Their program, “Recent Developments with the Clean Water Act,” outlined key developments associated with defining federal jurisdiction under the Clean Water Act, explained the current definition, and assessed immediate prospects for the new administration. The program also focused on other new developments affecting federal jurisdiction, including the Supreme Court’s Maui decision impacting regulation of discharges to groundwater, and explained federal versus state responsibilities and concepts of federalism.
