Attorney Presentation - "How to Avoid FLSA Lawsuits"

John Kuenstler of the Chicago office presented "How to Avoid FLSA Lawsuits" during the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives' annual Legal, Tax and Accounting Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Feb. 10-12. John discussed recent proposed wage and hour regulations and how employers can conduct audits and prepare for the upcoming changes. John also participated in a roundtable discussion with Joe Bontke, outreach manager of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), on recent enforcement initiatives by the EEOC and other human resources topics. The program was attended by more than 100 in-house counsel for agricultural and farm cooperative organizations.
