Attorney Presentation - "Addressing the Compliance Challenges of Tomorrow Today"

On March 2, Tony Burba of the Chicago and Washington, D.C., offices spoke at the ABA's 17th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Health Law. Tony served as a vice-chair on the program's planning committee as well. Tony's presentation was titled, "Addressing the Compliance Challenges of Tomorrow Today." The panel focused on a discussion of healthcare compliance in the modern enforcement landscape, where enforcement is higher than ever in an innovative, and rapidly changing business environment. The group discussed how to apply conventional compliance guidance to new and innovative provider types, and integrated healthcare platforms.
