Mark Kittaka, Kathleen Anderson, Jason Clagg and Adam Bartrom of the Fort Wayne office presented during the latestBARNEStorming session held on Aug. 20 at 80/20 Inc. in Columbia City, Indiana. Thirty-four guests joined as the speakers discussed a variety of topics, including non-compete and confidentiality agreements; recent wage and hour developments; transgender employees in the workplace - pitfalls from Title VII to OSHA; and employee handbook compliance.
