Federal Civil Practice Seminar

On Dec. 18, John Maley of the Indianapolis office chaired, moderated and was the lead speaker at the annual Federal Civil Practice Seminar, a seminar that he has presented every December since 1994. The program, hosted in the Indianapolis office, included Chief Judge Richard Young and Magistrate Judge Tim Baker from the Southern District of Indiana, and Don Wall from the Seventh Circuit. More than 100 attorneys attended, including many in-house counsel.
