What Lawyers Need to Know About Arbitration

At the Indiana State Bar Association Annual Meeting held Oct. 8-10 in Indianapolis, Tim Abeska of the South Bend office was a panelist at a CLE presentation titled "What Lawyers Need to Know About Arbitration." As an at-large delegate, Tim also attended the House of Delegates meeting, at which the Bar Association addressed policy issues. At ISBA section business meetings, Tim was re-elected to two-year terms on the Councils of both the ADR and Construction and Surety Law Sections.
