In the latest edition of this ongoing series, leaders from our nationwide Wage and Hour Practice Group will discuss the up-to-the-minute observations and insights derived from COVID-19 related workplace litigation, regulations and more. The speakers will examine the lessons employers can learn from these cases, as well as new and updated rules and guidance. With an emphasis on practical guidance for employers, our team will address:
