A veteran paralegal who is highly responsive and diligently resourceful, Rebecca assists the firm's litigators with necessary investigation, document gathering from third parties, and various discovery and pleadings.
She has participated in and supported a wide range of litigated matters, a sampling of which includes contractual, commercial, employment, medical malpractice, benefits, intellectual property, antitrust, tort, products liability, insurance and worker's compensation disputes.
When it comes to dispute resolution and the pursuit of client goals, Rebecca is valued by everyone around her for being an avid proponent of solutions. Notably, Rebecca works with e-discovery vendors in the management of large document collections and review. She also assists litigation teams, locally and nationally, with class action defense, administration and appeals, and provides litigation and media support in numerous hearings and jury and bench trials.
Rebecca offers deep knowledge of the technology tools and software used by firm attorneys, such as case management software, Viewpoint, Relativity, Summation, Power Point, P.A.C.E.R., Excel, Trial Director and Case Soft. Her technological acumen is further enhanced by her long experience working in the law and specifically, litigation. As a result, Rebecca’s is rarely surprised.
