Rebecca L. Davis is a paralegal in Barnes & Thornburg's Fort Wayne, Indiana, office, working in the Litigation and Labor and Employment Law departments. She has more than 30 years of paralegal experience and has participated in various types of litigated matters, including, but not limited to, contractual, commercial, employment, medical malpractice, benefits, intellectual property, anti-trust, tort, products liability, insurance, and worker's compensation disputes.
Rebecca has experience with virtually all stages of the litigation process, in various judicial and administrative forums. She assists the firm's litigators with necessary investigation, document gathering from third parties, and various discovery and pleadings. Rebecca works with eDisocovery vendors in the management of large document collections and review and has provided litigation and media support in numerous hearings and jury and bench trials. She assists with class actions defense and administration and the appellate process.
Rebecca has extensive knowledge of technology tools and software used by the firm's attorneys, such as case management software, Viewpoint, Relativity, Summation, Power Point, P.A.C.E.R., Excel, Trial Director, and Case Soft.
