Elisabeth is dedicated to leveraging her knowledge, in collaboration with practice group leadership, to cultivate and implement effective legal strategies. She develops project and practice management tools, resources, and reporting for firm use for assessing risk and budget, educating attorneys and clients, and providing related reporting. She brings particular strengths in leading teams of professionals across legal and administrative departments, implementing processes, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
On a day-to-day basis, Elisabeth works side-by-side with attorneys on process improvement projects to increase efficiency, and prepares and analyzes client-facing reports to assist lawyers in providing financial updates regarding matter progress. She regularly liaises with department chairs and practice group leads, across the firm, to offer guidance in monitoring engagements, including providing client updates and reporting on legal spend and matter progress. This also assists in the effective evaluation and mitigation of risk, to reduce negative financial impact on matters.
Her ultimate goal is to work with our attorneys to ensure that we are consistently providing outstanding client service.
