When assessing new business and projects for current clients, Maral calls upon her creative problem-solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills. She addresses a wide range of conflicts-related issues, from reviewing conflicts and evaluating related questions or concerns to drafting waivers.
Maral also has experience reviewing and responding to outside counsel guidelines, conducting conflicts training and improving process efficiency.
Prior to joining the firm, Maral worked as senior ethics and conflicts counsel at an AmLaw 200 firm. She also has experience in private practice, where she litigated workers’ compensation defense matters.
Maral is not regularly admitted to practice in the local courts of Utah.
