Specifically, Alexa helps clients obtain both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including permanent residency for employment-based or marriage-based adjustment of status, labor certifications needed for permanent residency, and non-labor certification categories such as EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-4, National Interest Wavier, and Schedule A.
She also works on temporary or non-immigrant matters such as H-1B, H-1B1, H-2B, L-1A and L-1B intracompany transferees, TN visas, E-3, P-3, K-1, R-1, and I-539 Change/Extension of Status.
She is also experienced in conducting cross-agency research, reviewing data, drafting petitions and applications for client approval, and submitting final versions to the relevant entity.
Prior to her role as an associate, Alexa served as a paralegal in the firm’s labor and employment department.
