Amiable and unflappable, Will advises commercial real estate investors and developers, energy and infrastructure clients, and companies with substantial real estate assets in connection with project development, acquisitions, dispositions, and forming joint ventures and development programs, as well as debt and equity financings.
In the energy transition sector, Will works with an array of companies on projects throughout the value chain, including carbon sequestration, traditional and renewable power plants, digital infrastructure development and other infrastructure projects. He negotiates site control documents, including complex ground leases for various commercial and industrial uses, and counsels clients on mineral, title and land use issues.
Clients appreciate that Will understands what matters most to them when it comes to investing in and developing infrastructure projects and commercial real estate assets. He begins each representation by working to understand the client’s business and specific objectives and then develops pragmatic solutions to achieve their desired results. Illustrating his commitment to delivering exceptional client service, he completed the firm’s BT ValueWorks’ legal project management (LPM) training program.
