Carlos Pozuelo

Carlos works carefully to understand his clients’ needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively deliver results for corporate clients in Spanish and English across a variety of industries. As a former commercial insurance broker, Carlos gained technical knowledge in the cyber liability insurance marketplace, negotiated and drafted contracts with foreign and domestic markets, and served as a trusted adviser for his clients.

As a summer associate at the firm, Carlos analyzed commercial transactions, corporate governance and real estate matters while preparing and drafting due diligence documents. He also analyzed and reviewed cyber insurance policy issues.

Carlos gained additional experience as a summer associate at a Cleveland law firm, where he reviewed and drafted due diligence items in merger and acquisitions transactions, commercial loan agreements, and real estate leases.
