Lisa has experience in state and federal courts as well as various alternative dispute resolution forums, providing assistance in virtually all phases of litigation, from initiating civil actions to facilitating discovery and supporting trials and appeals. Critically, Lisa effectively communicates with clients, court personnel, and her case teams to further case objectives.
A strong and proficient case manager, Lisa reviews, organizes and analyzes documents and materials obtained in discovery, and prepares pleadings, related testimony, and exhibits for trial. She assesses legal briefs and memoranda to ensure accuracy, and maintains responsibility for managing case files and court calendars.
In the course of her career, Lisa has developed a deep understanding of paralegal utilization and training. At a prior firm she coordinated the workflow of 30 litigation paralegals and case assistants and partnered with human resources in connection with developing job descriptions and recruiting, as well as identifying the appropriate staffing for particular cases and projects.
Lisa has been a PACE Registered Paralegal since 2000.
