Kim has extensive experience in multidistrict litigations (MDLs) and mass torts litigations, as well as deep knowledge of New York Civil Practice Laws and Rules (CPLR) and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. She brings her collaborative nature and ability to work efficiently and effectively to managing a range of cases in both state and federal courts.
Kim has experience drafting pleadings and other motion and legal documents, as well as cite-checking briefs and preparing motion papers for court filings. She has also developed systems for tracking large volumes of cases.
Additionally, Kim is skilled in preparing medical record summaries, chronologies and analysis, and reviewing records for alternative causation issues.
