His claims resolution and litigation experience extends to a wide range of commercial disputes across various industries throughout the country, in London and Bermuda.

The impact of Kevin's experience and ability to recover insurance proceeds on his client’s financial bottom line is often profound. By skillfully negotiating and litigating insurance claims, he helps businesses recoup and recover vital funds – adding to their fiscal stability with a successful return on their investment. In an increasingly intricate legal landscape, his holistic approach to partnering with clients to resolve complex disputes has resulted in cost-effective results.

Drawing on more than 20 years in practice and billions of dollars recovered, Kevin has helped clients confront and resolve a wide range of insurance challenges. His experience includes navigating long-tail environmental claims, untangling directors and officers liability issues, resolving reps and warranties claims, addressing first-party and business interruption losses, and more. Kevin's practice ranges from counseling on natural disaster claims to pioneering work in cyber insurance problems and handling PFAS-related losses – all with the goal of providing clients with robust protection on multiple fronts.

Kevin's legal experience also includes handling complex commercial litigation across a broad range of business disputes. He shepherds clients through financial services disputes, product liability cases, and corporate investigations. This versatility in crafting comprehensive legal strategies to resolve commercial disputes allows him to address the full gamut of business hurdles his clients face.
