Dr. Juanita DeLoach advises on safeguarding complex technological innovation. With a Ph.D. in electrical engineering and hands-on industry experience, she is dedicated to bridging the gap between cutting-edge science and intellectual property law, protecting her clients' most valuable assets.

Juanita's background as a former process engineer allows her to bring unique insights to understanding client challenges. This insider perspective often results in crafting strategies that protect innovation and align with business goals. Her approach to problem-solving and legal counsel combines technical acumen with legal prowess, frequently resulting in solutions that resonate with inventors and executives alike.

In intellectual property, Juanita excels in trademark and patent protection, litigation, and inter partes review proceedings. She navigates the intricacies of LED technologies, semiconductor fabrication, and integrated circuits, among other examples. Her skill in IP due diligence and general consultation adds another layer of value to her practice.

Beyond traditional IP work, Juanita contributes to important compliance matters. She's part of a team monitoring U.S. export control compliance for major Chinese telecommunications companies, demonstrating her versatility in handling complex international legal challenges. In addition to her IP practice, Juanita is a volunteer attorney for pro bono cases assisting clients in family law matters.
