Barnes & Thornburg represented Transom Capital Group and its portfolio company HALO Dream Inc. in its acquisition of BreathableBaby LLC, an innovative designer and manufacturer of juvenile safe sleep products. The acquisition will continue to expand HALO’s portfolio of juvenile sleep products and support its mission to improve sleep for babies and parents.
