WASHINGTON, D.C. – Barnes & Thornburg announced today that Brittany McCants has joined the Washington, D.C., office as a partner in the firm’s Labor and Employment Department. McCants advises public and private companies on complex issues arising out of executive compensation matters in corporate transactions.
McCants has over a decade of experience advising on high-stakes executive compensation matters related to M&A transactions, IPOs, and day-to-day corporate governance.
