Minneapolis
- Sara Jaspers is an associate in the Real Estate Department. She counsels clients on matters involving the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management and sale of real estate for retail, medical, office and industrial uses. In 2012, Jaspers earned her J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. In 2005, she earned her B.S., cum laude, from Minnesota State University - Moorhead.
South Bend
- Michael Fenech is an associate in the Corporate Department. He counsels clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions; business entity formation and capital raising endeavors, such as seed and growth capital and debt and equity financings; licensing software, big data and other proprietary technology and intellectual property; and other general business transactional matters. Fenech received a B.A. from Northwestern University in 2010 and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2013.
