Shedding Light on the Sunshine (Open Payment) Act

On April 30, Barbara Dunn of the Chicago office co-presented two webinar presentations, "Shedding Light on the Sunshine (Open Payment) Act," for members of the hospitality industry who plan meetings for healthcare providers. Barbara provided insight into the federal law which requires drug and device manufacturers to report payments and transfers of value to physicians and teaching hospitals.
