Effective June 19, 2024, a new iteration of California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) includes additional standing and manageability requirements, as well as compliance incentives for employers, among other things. Webinar participants will receive an overview of the amendments and issues to watch for as courts begin to construe the new law.

• Understanding SB 553: California's New Workplace Violence Prevention Law

The new California workplace violence law, SB 553, mandates that all employers needed to develop and implement comprehensive Workplace Violence Prevention Plans by July 1, 2024. This webinar will guide you through the specific requirements enforced by Cal/OSHA. Participants will learn how to create effective, compliant plans and training programs to meet the requirements of SB 553.
