Attorney Presentation - "The New FLSA Regulations, the NLRB's Meddling with Handbook Policies and Non-compete Clauses is in the Broadcasting Industry"

Jerry Lutkus of the South Bend office partnered with Jack Goodman, former general counsel of the National Association of Broadcasters, to present the legal updates portion of the agenda at the annual meeting of the Independent Television Group, which is an association of family-owned companies that own and operate broadcasting facilities throughout the United States. Members include firm clients Schurz Communications, Inc., and Sarkes Tarzian Broadcasting. The annual meeting was held in Phoenix. Jerry's topic was "The New FLSA Regulations, the NLRB's Meddling with Handbook Policies and Non-compete Clauses is in the Broadcasting Industry."
