Attorney Presentation - "Advanced Topics in Workplace Law"

Jeanine Gozdecki of the South Bend office was invited to be a guest lecturer on Sept. 21 at the Notre Dame Law School for Advanced Topics in Workplace Law II. Jeanine talked to third-year law students about developments in substantive law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the increasing role of the National Labor Relations Board. The class also discussed challenges of young lawyers, building relationships with colleagues and clients, and how to become clients' trusted advisers.
