The NLRB recently circulated a memorandum asking all Regional Directors, Officers-in-Charge and Residential Officers to begin tracking what the Agency has defined as “Hot Topic” Cases. The categories include:
- Cessation of Dues Check-Off; - Information Requests for Financial Records; - Post Arbitration Deferral; - Social Media; and - Use of Employer e-Mail. The memorandum provides insight into the types of issues likely to grab the NLRB’s attention in 2012. The memorandum can be accessed here.Subscribe
