Sarah has experience assisting with transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, due diligence, transaction documentation, and closings. She has also worked on matters involving U.S. reporting requirements, tax considerations, and cross-border transactions involving European jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Sarah gained experience in corporate and transactional law through legal internships, her summer associateship, and work with businesses operating across international markets. During her studies at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, she took courses in German law and earned a Certificate in Management and Leadership for Lawyers, further developing her understanding of the German legal and business environment and strengthening her connection to the German market.
