Sarah works closely with founders, investors, and corporate clients navigating the full lifecycle of a transaction, from early-stage venture financings through mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals. She takes a hands-on approach to structuring and negotiating deals, helping clients move efficiently from term sheet to closing.

Earlier in her career, Sarah gained broad experience in corporate and M&A matters at law firms in Austria, as well as government and public policy experience, including advisory roles within the Austrian federal government and its parliamentary structures.
