Jenna assists attorneys in the litigation practice, analyzing and developing factual case narratives through various methods. She aids in drafting and preparing pleadings, coordinates filing and service as required by local rules, and provides record and cite checking to briefings prior to electronic filing. She has experience managing a large caseload of mass tort, multi-district litigation and civil litigation matters focusing on defense of major pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Additionally, she helps prepare for depositions, including reviewing and analyzing medical records, compiling pertinent records for attorney review, and coordinating deposition schedules. Jenna also is called upon to provide on-site and off-site trial support such as preparing trial binders and compiling of relevant factual evidence.
Jenna has experience in case management, including management of electronic databases and files. She regularly drafts subpoena packages for deposition appearances and coordinates service in accordance with local rules. Additionally, she performs medical records collection and coordinates scheduling of depositions of physicians and medical professionals.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenna was with a national firm, where she worked with the product liability and mass tort group.
Jenna is passionate about volunteering and about pro bono work and has been involved in many pro bono matters focusing mainly on asylum matters while working in Princeton. She coordinated donations to a local church to send to individuals affected by the war in Ukraine and assisted in organizing activities to celebrate Earth Day.
