Mark Kittaka is the Chair of the firm’s OSHA/Workplace Safety Practice Group. Mark is a veteran labor and employment lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience who brings extensive skill when representing clients in Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) matters across the country. Mark’s deep experience in this distinct discipline of employment law enables him to effectively navigate complex regulatory compliance issues, onsite inspections, informal conferences, formal administrative appeals, and whistleblower claims across diverse industries.
Mark's multifaceted practice includes legal solutions for general industry, industrial hygiene, and construction issues. Whether Mark is advising on a catastrophe or fatality situation or another scenario that is less severe, he provides scalable legal support tailored to each client's unique needs.
