With more than 30 years of recruiting experience, Jesse works to enhance the firm’s lateral recruiting initiatives by attracting talented partners, associates and other legal professionals to the firm. He works with firm leadership and office managing partners in firmwide recruiting and retention efforts to support our focus on client needs and strategic national growth.
Active in the community, Jesse is the former board president of Montessori Works, which develops public Montessori programs for economically disadvantaged students at or below achievement level, and is the former board president of SmartDrive, which focuses on prevention of teen driving accidents.
Jesse is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he earned a B.A. in 1987.
